Working closely with senior leaders, your contribution will be essential in maintaining a strong and efficient finance function that supports the business’s growth trajectory, including the structure and growth of the finance team.
Responsibilities include:
Cash flow forecasting.
Budget preparation and management.
Financial analysis and reporting.
Monthly management accounts.
Team leadership and development.
About You: We are seeking a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) who values work-life balance and wants a part-time, hands-on role. You should have a solid background in preparing and analysing financial statements, management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, alongside experience in people management. Strong business partnering skills and a drive to improve processes and compliance are essential.
Experience required:
Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
Proven record in internal controls and compliance.
Leadership and people management.
Proficiency in month-end processes.
