With a workforce of over 10,000 individuals, they operate in over 90 countries worldwide, providing critical support to communities in need. Job Description Leadership of the financial control finance team Develop and implement financial strategies for the organisation Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Manage and mentor the finance team Charity SORP reporting Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for the board Monitor and control the organisation's income, cash flow and expenditure Develop and manage financial systems and policies Engage with external auditors and manage the audit process The Successful Applicant A successful 'Permanent FC' should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Proven experience as a Financial Controller or a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards International development experience and grant management will be favorable Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong analytical and strategic planning skills What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £62,400 - £69,500 per annum Generous holiday leave A fulfilling role in an organisation making a significant impact globally Strong emphasis on personal and professional development An inclusive and collaborative work environment
