Part Time Financial Controller. Healthcare Tech. 3 days (or equiv). Up to £60K FTE*. Remote (occasional office visits – Leeds/Sheffield) Are you a competent finance control professional with a desire to work within a fast growth tech provider focussed on the healthcare sector? This part time, flexible and mostly remote role could be for you! Our Client Founded in 2012, our client delivers a software solution to healthcare clients supporting them with their risk, quality, and compliance. The Role Reporting to the CFO, this role will work with a small team and have varied responsibilities. Key areas of ownership include: Manage Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry Payroll (liaising with external provider) Audit management Ensure policies, controls, and processes are optimal Tax compliance Monthly management accounts and variance analysis Working capital management Statutory accounts Budget preparation Forex Insurance M&A support The Candidate Our client is looking for someone qualified or part-qualified with experience working within a control function. With UK and US offices, it would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have experience with US-based teams. The client currently uses Sage Intact, so experience with this or a similar system is advantageous. Self-motivated and experienced in working in a small and agile team, as well as remotely. Experience within a SaaS environment would be beneficial, but not essential. The Terms This position is being offered on a part-time basis of 3 days per week (or 22.5 hours per week). A salary of up to £60K FTE is available for the right candidate, along with benefits including 25 days annual leave (FTE), increasing over time. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional visits to their Leeds or Sheffield offices (please note that as part of the recruitment process, there will be an in-person interview at one of these offices, and expenses will not be covered). *Full-time equivalent – actual salary will depend on hours worked.
