This business has delivered tremendous growth and success over the last few years. Our client is keen to appoint a commercially minded FC who can help maximise their potential during the next phase of their journey. Reporting to the Board of Directors your duties will include:
Managing a team of 8 people Preparation and presentation of Monthly Management Accounts Balancesheet reconciliations and P&L production Producing budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the board Management of Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger/VAT/Bank recs Commercial analysis including sales/margin analysis and cost base analysis — all aimed at maximising profit Liaising with external accountants Additional office management duties as and when required Adhering to company best practices, policies and ISO The ideal candidate MUST be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), have a demonstrable track record in similar roles, good Excel skills, and should be passionate about helping drive a small business to the next level.
