You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets. Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future financial trends and inform strategic planning. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Proven experience in management accounts, with strong budgeting and forecasting skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships across the business. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
