Are you a highly motivated and experienced finance leader looking for a challenging and rewarding role?

We're seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance team of a major manufacturing site and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

What you'll do:

* Lead the team: Oversee a talented team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support.

* Drive financial performance: Produce accurate and timely financial reports to inform strategic decision-making.

* Collaborate with the leadership team: Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

* Improve processes: Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

* Manage change: Lead and implement changes to financial systems and procedures.

What you'll bring to the role:

* A fully qualified accountant with proven experience in the manufacturing sector.

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse complex financial data.

* The ability to motivate and inspire your team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with BI tools.

* A good understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
