Role Summary:

We’re seeking a Financial Controller to lead our financial function and support our leadership team in making informed, data-driven decisions. This role not only covers daily financial management but also offers the opportunity to shape and enhance our financial strategies at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Liaise with auditors and maintain internal control procedures.

Cash Flow Management : Oversee cash flow, implement cash management strategies, and optimize financial resources.

Taxation : Manage tax planning and compliance, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.

Team Leadership : Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Strategic Planning : Contribute to organizational financial strategies, supporting senior management with financial insights for decision-making.

Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements in financial management.

Skills and Experience:

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in financial management, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.

Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Advanced skills in financial software and Google Sheets.

Leadership : Effective team management and mentoring capabilities.

Communication : Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

Preferred Knowledge:

Experience with SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn is a plus.
