Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provide comprehensive management information, including margin analysis, direct labor, material variances, and production cost reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and profitability. Offer insights and recommendations to the Managing Director to achieve business objectives. What We’re Looking For A dynamic professional with a proactive mindset. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA qualification is a plus). 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management or controlling. Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
