Description
Oversee all financial operations of the company.
Develop and implement financial strategies and systems.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Manage the Accounting & Finance department, leading the team towards achieving company goals.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.

Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar.
Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
Proven experience in a managerial position within the Accounting & Finance department.
Outstanding mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
