Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to take your career to the next level? Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Renfrewshire, in seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to join their leadership team.

We are looking for Qualified Accountants at Finance Manager or Controller level who have experience leading a team and managing the finance function. Ideally, we are looking for candidates available immediately or with a short notice period; however, longer notice periods will also be considered. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead the budgeting process, monitor performance, and provide accurate forecasts. Oversee preparation of timely and accurate management accounts, statutory reports, and audits. Manage all areas of transactional finance including payroll, AR, and AP. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate potential risks. Previous Experience

Our client is seeking a Qualified Financial Controller or Finance Manager with experience managing the entire finance function. Ideally, manufacturing experience and SAP experience would be desired; however, this is not essential. Strong business partnering skills are a requirement.
