The impact you’ll have, and therefore sense of achievement will be huge. As our Finance Team are based in our Torquay office you would be expected to spend a proportion of your working week at that location, however, our hybrid working approach allows you to work from our Exeter or Plymouth offices or from home. What you'll be doing day to day

Lead, develop and motivate the Control Team Manage the Finance function in the absence of the Chief Financial Officer Produce annual financial statements for the LLP and group companies, including consolidation of subsidiary entities’ results Deliver monthly management information reports across the firm and up to Board level Act as a lead on partner remuneration payment processes Oversee treasury management, banking, taxation, and company house requirements Maintain and develop control policies and procedures, including provision of training, guidance, and support to end users About you

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with significant post-qualified experience Experience of working in professional services organisation and ideally within a partnership (LLP) Extensive Team leadership and development experience Project management experience Thorough working knowledge of FRS Experience of financial systems development Strong MS Excel and ideally proficiency in MS SQL Why work at PKF Francis Clark
