With impressive year on year growth, our client is a rapidly expanding business which currently has an opportunity for a Financial Controller to lead their growing finance department in Poole, Dorset.
What will the role involve?
Complete oversight of the finance function for the business;
Responsibility for providing key commercial analysis and presenting to the board to support effective strategic decision making;
Ensuring the team consistently deliver accurate and timely management accounts;
Annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and strategic planning;
Treasury management including foreign exchange;
Continual review of processes and procedures in order to identify and make recommendations for improvements;
Statutory reporting, payroll and pension management.
Suitable Candidate:
Commercially minded and able to see beyond the numbers when presenting to the board;
Previous exposure to financial planning and analysis.
