Canterbury 3 days / Home 2 days Plus Occasional Visits to Other Offices and Team Events
£60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience

Fully Qualified - CIMA, ACA or ACCA Plus extension PQE. Step Into the Spotlight as Our Financial Controller. As Financial Controller, you will be the financial mastermind with a knack for turning data into clarity. You’ll play a central role in overseeing all financial ledger operations across every corner of our organisation. With a focus on maintaining the integrity of our financial activities and records, you’ll develop, implement, and nurture efficient and accurate processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. From producing timely monthly management accounts to providing meaningful commentary and analysis, your work will help us stay financially sound and strategically informed. Where you’ll add value: Get Strategic: Take the lead on month-end tasks, rolling forecasts, and management accounts, making sure our financial reporting is timely and razor-sharp. Shape the Future: Work with our Finance Director to bring our financial operations in-house and create efficient, effective processes that make life easier for everyone. Be an Investigator: Analyse financial performance, uncover insights, and provide resolutions that help drive smarter decisions across the group. Lead the Charge: Guide the finance analyst team to keep credit control in check and ensure cash flow keeps us going strong. Make a Difference: Support strategic decisions with meaningful analysis and help us transform lives through your financial expertise.
