Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business based in Rotherham to recruit an Interim Financial Controller. This role involves leading the financial operations of the business, providing strategic insights and technical expertise to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support decision-making. The Financial Controller will manage the finance team, enhance financial systems and controls, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and budgets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls. Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance. Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and business planning. Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and process improvement. Key Skills:
Fully Qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA. Significant experience in senior financial management roles. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with financial software and systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
