This is a Hybrid role offering an opportunity to make significant impact, with responsibility for overseeing and enhancing financial reporting and analysis while supporting strategic initiatives.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
Lead all financial reporting and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting for senior management.
Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, aligning them with the company’s growth targets.
Drive process improvements in internal controls, compliance, and financial practices across the organisation.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and manage annual audits smoothly.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
Strong technical proficiency with analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data.
Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
Adaptable, confident communicator with the ability to convey financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
