Key Areas:
Oversee preparation of month-end, year-end, and statutory accounts Oversee VAT return Manage audit process Manage, mentor, and motivate a finance team of 7 Budgeting and forecasting and budget analysis Decision making and contributing to financial strategy Provide accurate financial statements, analysis, and reports Oversee tax and compliance Develop forecasting models - profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow Debtors and creditor management Implementing change and improving performance with process improvements Develop costing and pricing models Manage and build relationships with financial partners, auditors, and stakeholders Represent the business in business meetings Other ad hoc tasks
Key Skills: Minimum 3 years previous experience in an FC role Qualified System implementation/upgrade experience FMCG experience desirable Sage experience desirable Team management experience
