Senior Finance role for growing services business Great culture with lots of progression on offer About Our Client I am working with an industry leading wholesale business who are looking to hire an ambitious Financial Controller. They have a strong presence in the market had a record year last year and are already on track to better that this year. The company is based in Manchester and is known for its innovative approach to service delivery. Job Description Ownership of the controls and operations for finance team. Run month end close process for operational finance ledgers ensuring transactions are correctly posted within the balance sheet and P&L's. Manage foreign exchange reporting, hedging and cashflow forecasting. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations including inter-company reconciliations Reviewing processes along with creating new processes and more efficient ways of working. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team. The Successful Applicant ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification. Proven experience operating at this level. Experience with a Global business and a business of scale. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What's on Offer An attractive salary package between £70,000 - £90,000.
