A service organisation based in Tetbury (hybrid) is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team.

Working for a well-established business that has a strong presence throughout the southwest, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

* Manage and mentor a team

* Develop and maintain ongoing process improvements within the department

* Build relationships and work closely with non-finance department managers

* Oversee and report on month end, providing commentary and analysis

* Assist with year end audit and statutory accounts

* Budget setting and forecasting

* Develop financial analysis and modelling on all areas of the business

* Assist Directors with business plan based upon financial performance

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have held a similar senior position within a finance team previously
