Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in finance management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software including SAP/SAGE would be preferable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage but not essential.
