The ideal candidate would have a financial/accountancy background; ideally a recent graduate with a financial degree or someone studying AAT level 3 or above. Experience in a similar role within a construction company would be preferred. The position involves dealing with the commercial aspects of the business, assisting with invoicing, financial reporting, payroll, timesheets, purchase orders, proposals, and commercial/financial processing. This is a permanent full-time role, working for a construction company based in Canary Wharf. The client seeks a candidate who is competent in Microsoft Excel, has good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to develop and progress. The role requires working 5 days a week in the office, with only very occasional work from home.
