My client has for a long time been established as one of the finest luxury resorts in Europe. Recognised globally to be a leader in service and hospitality it is a unique destination resort.


The role extends further than your typical finance function. Of course you will be required to deliver accurate and timely financials but a talented individual is sought who can bring a truly commercial and strategic edge to the role.


You will sit on the Executive team and have extensive interaction with the ownership providing full analysis and commentary to the performance of the resort. You will be expected to help drive performance and standards by aligning the finance function to the operational demands of the property.


You will lead a large team that extends past finance to include procurement and IT and it is key that you further develop them to be best in class.


The resort has a complex structure with a number of profitable revenue streams and there are further plans to increase the offering. You will be expected to take a lead on capital expenditure projects.


The ideal candidate will have performed previously in a Finance Director role within a luxury hotel or resort property. You will be experienced presenting at Board level and be able to demonstrate interaction with an ownership structure.


A highly competitive 6 figure basic salary plus bonus is available to the successful candidate.

This is UK based and relocation assistance will be provided.
