Scale the finance function to support the demands of a high-growth organization. Provide coaching, development, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial models and planning templates are up-to-date and aligned with business goals. Drive strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business performance improvement.
