If you're a top-quality Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director who's frustrated with the confines of corporate life or an independent CFO seeking more flexibility, this might be for you. You'll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses. They seek self-starters with ambition, energy, and a 'can do' attitude, passionate about helping their clients, typically business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, or MDs. You'll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing your own portfolio of clients, supported by an incredible network of CFOs worldwide. What do you need to have?
You need to be qualified from one of the UK's major chartered accounting institutes and have experience as a CFO/FD, with strong knowledge of commercial finance and business strategy. Your natural ability to build genuine long-lasting relationships with clients is essential. Working closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFOs/FDs in a highly collegiate environment, they pride themselves on being a great place to work, with family at their core. How does it work?
The role is self-employed, operating within a defined model, combining team support and autonomy in delivering outcomes for clients. They teach you how to build a portfolio career that can be a game changer for clients and yourself, providing flexibility and variety in your work. What do they do?
