As Finance Director, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, leading a 20-strong finance team and ensuring the business is well-positioned for continued expansion. The Role: Lead & manage a Finance Team of 20 heads. Oversee operational accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Oversight of the production of Monthly Management Accountants. Produce analysis of P&L by customer. Detailed Financial analysis of entity performance. Manage cash flow & working capital, collaborate with the Group on reporting requirements, oversee the annual audit, and assist with budgets, re-forecasts etc. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports, analysing key financial metrics to support business decisions and performance improvement. Implement and monitor internal controls, maintain robust financial processes, and ensure compliance in line with group standards. Build and maintain relationships with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure streamlined processes. Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, tools, and processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. Implement best practices in financial reporting and compliance, including exploring opportunities for automation and standardisation. Production of Monthly Board Packs. Support Commercial Finance in building budgets. Lead the year-end audit process, deliver statutory accounts to deadlines, and ensure compliance with financial and legal obligations. Qualifications & Background: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant. Experience in a PE backed environment is a must. 3+ years in a similar role. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in financial reporting and KPI development. Comfortable to work with ambiguity when working at speed but also detailed at tasks that require accuracy. Salary & Benefits: Bonus- up to 20% 25 days annual leave plus stat Death in service 3x salary Pension- 5/3% Seniority level
