About The Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled

Financial Operations Manager

to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, working closely with external accountants, and delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile financial data in Xero, ensuring timely payments and invoicing. Support the external accountants in producing accurate quarterly and end-of-year accounts. Liaise with the payroll company and management team to prepare payroll payments each month. Collaborate with the management team to produce financial reports and forecasts. Requirements:

AAT qualification or part-qualification in CCAB accounting. Relevant experience in general finance roles with proficiency in Excel. Experience working with a finance system (Xero training provided). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Compensation Package

$50,000 per annum, based on experience. 25 days' holiday per year + bank holidays. Birthday day off. An individual learning plan to support career development.
