We are recruiting for a Financial Operations Manager to join a reputable company based in Droitwich. This is a great opportunity for a qualified professional with manufacturing experience. The role offers full responsibility for the finance function and the opportunity to lead and direct teams across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full finance function, including audit, payroll, VAT, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee financial operations such as sales and purchase ledger, costing, and annual returns. Lead teams in Finance, Purchasing, IT, and Logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations. Take a hands-on approach when necessary to drive results and support business needs. Collaborate across business departments and take on additional responsibilities as required. Key Skills & Experience:
CIMA qualified or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in a financial operations role within manufacturing or an SME environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities. Why Join?
