Financial Operations Manager About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, working closely with external accountants, and delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile financial data in Xero, ensuring timely payments and invoicing. Support the external accountants in producing accurate quarterly and end-of-year accounts. Liaise with the payroll company and management team to prepare payroll payments each month. Collaborate with the management team to produce financial reports and forecasts. Requirements

AAT qualification or part-qualification in CCAB accounting. Relevant experience in general finance roles with proficiency in Excel. Experience working with a finance system (Xero training provided). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Compensation Package

$50,000 per annum, based on experience. 25 days' holiday per year + bank holidays. Birthday day off. An individual learning plan to support career development.
