About the Role Are you thrilled to drive financial modelling to support strategic decisions? Are you proud to add business value and go beyond expectations? You will be part of the Financial Planning and Pricing department, reporting to the manager in charge of mid-term financial planning and product profitability. You will be the Finance partner of project owners, supporting them in building/updating their business case, being the guardian of the process and challenging the underlying assumptions. You will also contribute to run and analyze commercial product profitability. This is a unique opportunity for a fast learner, proactive and customer-oriented professional to develop financial, business and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

What you will do: Be the trusted partner of project owners and support them in building/updating the financial plan for their initiatives (e.g. launch of new commercial product, investment to transform an existing commercial offering, or investment in a new technology, etc.) at the different steps of the project lifecycle. For each project:

Coordinate with various stakeholders across the company (strategy, product development & management, business development, operations, support functions, etc.) to validate the assumptions to be taken in the business/financial model and challenge whenever needed. Define relevant scenarios and perform sensitivity analysis. Prepare presentations to report points for discussion/decision to senior management including CFO, Executive Committee and Board.

Contribute to the consolidation of key strategic investments at company level and support strategic decision-making. Analyze the year-on-year evolution of the margin of commercial products and evaluate deviations against the initial plan. Be proactive in improving internal processes and supporting materials. What you need to succeed: University degree or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 3 years involved in financial planning/modelling. Ability to see the big picture. Autonomous and proactive, with strong adaptability to change and new priorities. Project management and coordination experience. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Sound understanding of market landscapes. Good understanding of product cost structures in a network-based industry, preferably in the telecoms industry. A true teammate, gaining energy through collaboration. High-quality outcomes as per planned roadmaps and objectives. Open-minded and solutions-oriented. Technical skills & knowledge: Proven experience in financial modelling. Outstanding analytical skills. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Expert knowledge of Excel and proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBi is a nice to have.
