Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial planning and administration? Join our well-established firm in Harrogate, providing both financial advice and discretionary investment services. We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to manage high-net-worth client files and support our team of consultants. Key Responsibilities of the Financial Planning Administrator: Act as an initial point of contact between the consultants, clients, and product providers. Prepare meeting packs for client meetings. Ensure that client files remain compliant at all times. Produce valuations using Xplan and Excel. Check the accuracy of other team members' valuations. Process new business and trades on various platforms (main trading platform is SEI). Manage an efficient diary system to resolve client/provider queries. Manage cash accounts to meet client income needs within their product structure. Obtain quotes from providers. Issue suitability reports and compile all enclosures. Maintain accuracy of Xplan Database and SEI portal. Deal with clients and product providers via email, telephone, and written correspondence. Refer any advice issues to the consultant. The Key Requirements of the Financial Planning Administrator: Proficient use of the Xplan Database. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and FE Analytics. Generic product knowledge. Strong client liaison skills, comfortable with daily client interactions. Knowledge and appreciation of compliance regulations. Familiarity with SEI (WPOIMs discretionary trading platform) is preferable, but training can be provided. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent organisational skills to prioritise workloads. Good communication skills, both oral and written. High standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills. Highly customer-focused. Good team player. Strong problem-solving skills. High attention to detail is critical. Qualifications and Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
