The role

Working closely with the Managing Director and senior financial planner, this role will involve providing a full range of administration and paraplanning support.

Duties will include: Booking client appointments and annual reviews. Preparing annual reviews. Writing reports for new business, pension switches, ISA switches and protection. Handling paperwork and plan implementation. Submitting LOAs and chasing for information. Managing the back-office system and keeping files up to date. Processing new business through to completion. Essential Skills

At least two years experience working in a UK financial planning firm. Financial Planning Level 4 qualification or progress towards it. Wealth management administration and/or paraplanning experience. A good knowledge of business submission to a variety of providers. Cashflow forecasting preferably CashCalc. Investment and fund comparison knowledge and experience preferably using FE. Share our aspirational, resilient, and dynamic core values. Strong attention to detail, an organised approach and able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Good Microsoft and diary management skills. Benefits
