REF: ZB53529 Job Title: Temporary FP&A Manager Industry: Technology Employment Type: Temporary (3 months starting early January 2025) Location: London Salary Guide: £450 - £500 Per Day Our client, a PE-backed technology platform, is looking for a temporary FP&A Manager to join their London team for a period of 3 months. Supporting the FP&A Director, the successful candidate will have significant experience in building financial models and business partnering across various commercial teams. Looking for an early January start. Description The responsibilities of the Temporary FP&A Manager include but are not limited to: Manage the group’s budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles. Build and maintain three-way financial models to forecast financial performance including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the group. Ownership of commercial revenue streams and any associated reporting and modelling, including SaaS revenue. Act as a strong business partner to department heads across the group, helping them manage costs to plan. Key role in development and production of board and other business presentations and delivery of data, analysis for key stakeholders. Support on high profile financial planning tasks such as refinancing and capital structure optimisation. Assist on strategic/business reviews, scenario and sensitivity reviews, ad-hoc projects. Ad hoc analysis and support month end reporting process. Skills The skills of the Temporary FP&A Manager include but are not limited to: Fully qualified accountant, ACA preferable. Strong Excel user, with proven financial modelling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) skills. Advanced planning skills with Power BI and Anaplan or other FP&A tools is required. Experience working in a PE backed business. Understanding of SaaS business drivers and operations. Experience in forecasting, analysis and reporting at group level. Detailed analytical and questioning approach, with creative problem-solving and critical thinking. A team player with strong business acumen and work ethic. M&A experience an advantage.
