We are partnering with a leader in the Marketing/Software space to support in their search for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the FP&A Manager will provide detailed analysis and insights to inform decision-making and improve financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly performance reviews. Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and capital requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide business case analysis. Prepare and deliver KPI reporting and variance analysis to identify trends and support decision-making. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to track financial performance, producing insights for senior management. Contribute to process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Leverage financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and maintain data integrity. Minimum Qualifications:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or Finalist) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Proactive, problem-solving approach and a commitment to continuous improvement. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
