Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the planning and analysis function for the business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting by making informed decisions about the company's financial health and future business strategy. This position requires someone with strong financial modeling and analysis skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing and ideally an engineering environment. The role will involve working closely with the senior leadership team to establish forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting cycles. Responsibilities as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Lead the planning and analysis function for the business Assist in making decisions about financial health and future business strategy Creation of financial statements to provide insights for appropriate decision-making Take ownership of profit loss and forecasting Coordinate month-end and quarterly forecasting Collaborate with finance teams across multiple sites Encourage and foster a positive and helpful culture, ensuring sites collaborate and work well together Support the Global Financial Director with the development of data strategies and delivery of core products Support the Global Managing Director and Finance Director in divisional OPR and forecast review meetings with Engineering executives Establish the forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting cycle Qualifications and Experience as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role Experience operating within a manufacturing and ideally an engineering environment Strong financial modeling and analysis skills Results-driven with a track record of delivering significant change projects Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits: Competitive salary Car Allowance Bonus Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative working environment Opportunity to work with a well-respected and prominent engineering organisation 9% pension Hybrid position If you are interested in this position, please apply directly or don't hesitate to get in touch.
