to join our team based near Fareham. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and succeed. While previous experience in the financial sector is beneficial, it’s not essential as we provide full training. What matters most is your drive for success and desire for career progression. Dress-down Fridays. Key Responsibilities Reconnecting with clients who have used our services before – no cold calling involved. Generating interest in our products and services. Addressing objections and identifying customer needs. Promoting and cross-selling additional products where relevant. Providing friendly, professional, and compliant customer service. Building strong relationships and rapport with clients. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in sales, particularly in outbound calling. Ability to effectively address customer objections. A results-driven mindset, motivated by meeting KPIs and sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computers and relevant software. Our Location Our modern offices are located near Fareham, just off the M27, with a train station only a 10-minute walk away.
