Recruitment Manager for Permanent Finance and Accountancy Roles
Financial Reporting Accountant - Bournemouth - Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits
Venture Recruitment Partners are looking to speak with talented and ambitious Qualified Accountants (ACA/ACCA) to join a rapidly growing and highly successful business, as a Financial Reporting Accountant.
This is an exciting time to join a business that has tripled their turnover globally in the last 12 months, having consolidated their market share and reputation with blue-chip clients.
It's a perfect opportunity for those looking at a 1st move from Accountancy Practice. You will work closely with a highly experienced Finance Director who has a proven track record of supporting candidates from this background.
Key Responsibilities
Production of the monthly management accounts and finance review deck.
Support month-end close activities including posting/reviewing journals and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
Production of the statutory accounts within the agreed deadline and acting as a key liaison with the external auditors.
Supporting the business functions with data, reports and analysis.
Develop and implement accounting policies and implement effective controls.
Providing support during the annual budget process and periodic forecasts.
Support the wider finance team with the finance transformation plans which include new accounting & reporting applications.
Provide, obtain or research technical accounting advice as required.
Support reporting of corporation tax.
Additional ad-hoc activities as required.
