Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements:

Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze financial data:

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes:

Maintain strict adherence to deadlines. Implement and maintain internal controls:

Safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

Work with various departments to support business objectives. Manage external audits:

Facilitate audit processes and ensure timely resolution of issues. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations:

Maintain compliance with standard methodologies and processes. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field:

Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred. Proven experience:

Minimum of 5 years in financial reporting or a similar role. Strong analytical skills:

Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills:

Both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Attention to detail:

Perseverance in delivering high-quality, accurate work. Proficiency in financial software:

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Great teammate:
