Financial Reporting Manager

Financial Reporting Manager , you’ll take ownership of critical reporting and compliance tasks, including: Financial Statement Preparation:
Lead the preparation of consolidated annual financial statements for multiple company groups. Audit Management:
Oversee the year-end audit process, working closely with auditors and internal teams, including goodwill impairment and going concern assessments. Reporting Excellence:
Manage quarterly lender reporting, including responding to lender queries and ensuring full compliance with loan agreements. Accounting Expertise:
Oversee monthly interest calculations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and supplier payments. Collaboration:
Work directly with management accountants, the Tax team, and the CFO to ensure financial data accuracy and offer key insights. Process Improvement:
Drive collaboration and reporting enhancements during a period of transformation and system integration. Leadership:
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the wider finance team, ensuring reporting standards remain high. What Are We Looking For? We’d love to hear from you if you have: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
or equivalent experience. Strong
technical accounting knowledge
and experience with complex group structures. Significant
experience in financial reporting , ideally in a complex, multi-entity environment. An
audit/practice background
with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Proven
team leadership
and collaboration skills. Excellent system and reporting skills , including attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. The ability to
work under pressure , manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong
communication skills
and a proactive,
team player
