Financial Reporting Manager

to join our Group Finance team during an exciting period of transformation at IRIS Software Group. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the accuracy

and quality of our financial reporting while working across multiple systems and regions, including the UK and US. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our published financial statements are accurate, of the highest standard, and fully compliant with lender obligations. If you’re a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on collaboration and process improvement,

this could be the perfect step in your career journey with IRIS. What Will You Be Doing? As a

Financial Reporting Manager , you’ll take ownership of critical reporting and compliance tasks, including: Preparing consolidated

annual financial statements

for multiple groups of companies. Reviewing subsidiary financial statements and ensuring high-quality reporting standards. Leading the

year-end audit

process in collaboration with auditors and internal teams, including goodwill impairment and going concern assessments. Overseeing monthly

interest calculations , journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. Managing

quarterly lender reporting

and responding to lender queries. Driving

compliance

with loan agreements and supporting the Tax team with RDEC and tax returns. Engaging with management accountants to

enhance financial data accuracy

and deliver key insights. Providing technical expertise

and guidance to the wider finance team. Reviewing

VAT returns , supplier payments, and financial reporting packs. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, including direct engagement with the

CFO . You’ll also be a key driver in

building collaboration

across teams and improving reporting standards during a time of transformation and system integration. What Are We Looking For? We’d love to hear from you if you have: Degree educated

or qualified by experience. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified . Strong

technical accounting knowledge

with experience in complex group structures. Significant experience

in financial reporting, ideally within a complex, multi-entity environment. Audit/Practice background

with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Proven

team leadership

and collaboration skills. Excellent

system and reporting skills . The ability to work

under pressure , manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong

attention to detail , communication skills, and a

team player
