You’ll be a key player in the Group Finance Team, owning the financial accounting for a key division and overseeing critical technical areas in a highly ambitious, growth-driven company. Role Overview: As a Financial Reporting Manager reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial reporting and balance sheet management of a major UK business unit. You will work within a high-performing finance team, providing commercial business partnering, insightful analysis, and reporting support. Key responsibilities include: Supervising monthly financial statements for multiple legal entities, including consolidation review and balance sheet management. Overseeing financing, cash management, planning, quarterly reporting, and liaising with auditors and co-investors. Partnering with the M&A team on due diligence activities. Managing the month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes. Preparing financial statements and disclosures for interim and year-end external reporting. Keeping up to date with changes in external accounting, regulatory, and legal requirements impacting the Group’s reporting. You’ll drive business performance by providing in-depth analysis and insights to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and support revenue and profit targets. About You: You’ll be a recently qualified ACA or ACCA with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. You’re culturally aware, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You have a sharp analytical mind and can confidently drive key business changes.
