Financial Services Consulting Sales Director Director Grade Salary up to £175,000 I'm working with a highly regarded, boutique consultancy focused on the Capital Markets & wider Financial Services industries, who are looking to grow their leadership team. They have a really impressive culture and excellent opportunities for progression to Partner. The role: My client is looking for a candidate with significant account development and consulting sales leadership experience. They are looking for their Director community to lead on some of their flagship client accounts, shape, scope and deliver business there, develop new clients, and lead teams working on projects. The business: The team combines SME industry knowledge with structured change delivery skills. They help clients address challenges in relation to risk and regulation, operational transformation, and data & digital transformation. They are expertise-led, constantly innovating their service lines to ensure they remain relevant to the challenges faced by clients and the industry at large. Their leadership team is made up of highly experienced practitioners in different areas of financial services and regularly brings market insight to clients. Their approach is flexible and collaborative and, where appropriate, catalyzes progress by bringing their own methods, tools, and accelerators to specific assignments. The logistics: My client offers a salary of

up to £175,000 , dependent on experience, with a significant and uncapped commission scheme on top. The role is remote, but client work is typically London-based.
