We are delighted to be instructed by this trusted Financial Services institution to recruit a lawyer into the business’ legal team in Leeds. This role will involve regular and direct contact with stakeholders, including the Executive team. You will be advising on a broad range of matters affecting the business – everything from the Group’s financial products and financial crime, to commercial agreements and litigation. Owing to the nature of the business and the products it sells, there will be a heavy focus on Financial Services, particularly from a regulatory perspective. Because of this, previous Financial Services experience would be of real assistance, although applications from candidates with a strong desire to gain experience in this field are welcomed. You should be a pragmatic and robust individual who can think commercially and anticipate risk. Lawyers based in Yorkshire as well as those from further afield who would like to relocate to this thriving city are encouraged to get in touch.
