The firm is looking to recruit a Finance Associate in their London office, to support the market-leading FinTech and Structured Finance team. The role will be working closely with the Partners, advising both established and new FinTech lending platforms and funders. Typical clients include UK and European lending platforms (both corporate and consumer lending), challenger bank and debt funds.
The role is suitable for a banking and finance, structured finance or DCM Lawyer, who is looking to expand their legal skills to become a Lawyer equipped to service the needs of a technologically-driven financial services market.
The work is split between the product side (helping FinTech platforms structure and document new consumer and SME credit products) and the funding side (structuring and documenting warehouse lines (based on LMA documents) and private securitisations. This is a unique, client-facing role, with an opportunity to work with leading customer-facing FinTech brands.
