A leading international law firm THE ROLE We have a new opportunity for a Financial Services and Products Solicitor 3 - 7 PQE to join an established financial services regulatory team. The role is for an associate Solicitor with experience of retail financial services work, including wealth/asset management and platform services. Experience in mortgages, outsourcing and digital services would also be of interest. The work will include:- Assisting in the launch of retail advisory, discretionary management and platform products and services; Assisting clients to launch and change their retail app offerings; Providing support on M&A transactions and due diligence relating to a variety of financial services firms offering products and services to consumers. Providing support with drafting retail terms and conditions Advising on governance, systems, and controls.
