Financial Software Engineer – St Albans Our client is an incredibly tech-focused company, whose engineers are instrumental to the business, playing a crucial role in driving success year after year. They have been a massive player in the market for over 20 years and are looking to recruit a proficient Financial Software Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity, allowing you to break into sports betting or financial trading without previous exposure. Within this role, you would be leading projects through the full development life cycle, as well as having a strong understanding of concepts like Multithreading and Asynchronous programming. On top of this, you will bring strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Role Responsibilities: - Apply a deep understanding of Multithreading and Asynchronous programming to enhance performance. - Design and implement scalable systems, with a focus on Microservices - Collaborate effectively within a team. - Pursue continuous learning and actively sharing technical knowledge with insights with colleagues. Key Requirements: - An expert engineer with 7-8 years of experience. - Have an excellent knowledge of C# and .NET framework. - Support front-end frameworks like Angular and React. - Desirable if you have experience with a modern front-end framework.
