The Financial Systems team is responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation (SC) functions. The team is looking for an individual to work from Epsilon's Wakefield MA office with experience in supporting analytic systems in a fast-paced environment.

This person would be working closely with our Finance and SC teams reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance and will provide support in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Finance/SC Systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Analytic/Business specialty preferred (Computer science, Finance, Accounting, Business)

Experience: 2-3 years in financial system administration, configuration or development

General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses

Advanced Excel skills, including financial / operational modeling (for validation of configuration)

Sales Compensation, Financial reporting or project management experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Act as business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system (including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance) Responsible for configuration (build), testing and implementation of Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the Sales Compensation team. Assist in new sales compensation plan implementations including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, testing components Work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA's), as well as, with BI/EPM and finance system support teams at the parent company Act as an ambassador of the Financial systems team to proactively maximize utilization of technology for automation of manual job duties and process improvement and ensuring that redundancies and/or inefficiencies are minimized. Role Requirements:

Ability to work as a team, collaborate, and meet critical deadlines in an ever-changing environment Experience with Xactly highly preferred, experience with enterprise analytical systems required (Finance / SC systems) Attention to detail a must Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical business professionals across the organization Understanding of financial and compensation terms and processes
