The role of Financial Systems Lead Analyst is really important to us. You will be responsible for GL and compliance projects, process improvements and system configuration with the Finance Systems Team. Your responsibilities day to day will be…

You will be required to act as a subject matter expert for the relevant aspects of key finance systems such as Sage X3 and Documation, to support system changes, roll outs and enhancing business processes. To lead in compliance related systems projects, working closely with the technical teams within the business to ensure thorough testing is carried out. Work to build a continuous improvement plan for current system processes; looking to streamline and improve what we have today to create greater efficiencies and remove manual processes where possible. To identify gaps during entity migrations to Sage X3 and work to implement a solution and configure the system. Build and improve reports required for the Finance teams. Using your knowledge and general engagement with the finance team to identify processes that are prime candidates for automation and quantify the associated ROI. A highly driven and energetic individual who is passionate about creating real business change. Strong track record in Finance and process improvement with a keen interest in systems. Ability to work proactively, confidently and to be able to challenge current processes. Fast learner, capable of working on multiple projects and varying deadlines. Experience of interacting with all levels of an organisation. What can you expect of us?
