As a self-employed Insurance Associate contracting with Fitch Learning, we’ll collaborate with you to design and deliver training across a number of relevant programmes & academies within banks, other financial institutions, regulators, and multi-lateral organisations. Courses are delivered in-house and virtually to clients as well as open public courses in various locations. Review existing course material and assist in the preparation of new training material. Have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants, and training material. What You Need to Have: Extensive insurance market experience within a leading insurance company Excellent understanding of a broad range of insurance products, insurance financial statements, insurance regulation, and insurance industry developments Excellent presentation and listening skills A passion for education Experience of training in a professional environment A passion for delivering learning utilizing a range of methods to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way High levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry What Would Make You Stand Out: Insurance market experience within a leading insurance company, bank, or other relevant financial institution Experience of Financial Services Professional Qualifications Teaching or Assessor qualified Why Fitch?
