We are looking for security personnel who are passionate about creating a safe and secure environment all whilst delivering customer service to the highest level and genuinely caring for residents, colleagues and the building they work in and have the ability to deliver a kind and personal service in a busy environment and carve out a career with the biggest name in security.
Your Time at Work
Position: Security Team Leader Location: Camberley Pay Rate: £16.34 per hour Hours: Full time permanent 42 hours a week on average Shifts: Days, nights and weekends - 4 on, 4 off
SIA licence essential.
As a Security Team Leader you will be required to carry out 24/7 duties in a busy environment, which includes computer use and several clerical duties in addition to general security tasks.
Your duties include:
Management of the shift and all officers deployed on a daily basis and workforce management Monitor and maintain access control to the estate of the site Ensure all access is approved in line with compliance requirements Ensure all records are maintained for the relevant period of time Operationally manage designated staff members, their welfare, monthly care visits and their performance Ensure all operational KPI's and SLA's are met to the required level Write comprehensive reports relating to daily matters and incident reports
Our Perfect Worker
It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.
Our perfect Security Team Leader will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
