After completing 6-8 weeks of training, benefit from a hybrid working arrangement with at least 3 days in the office. Comprehensive Training:

No prior court experience required! You'll receive thorough on-the-job training to help you succeed. Career Growth:

This temporary role, with a contract until 31/03/2025 (with potential for extension), offers opportunities to develop your skills within the Ministry of Justice. Competitive Pay:

Start at £11.59 per hour, increasing to £11.88 after 12 weeks. Unique Experience:

Gain insight into the justice system, with the opportunity to sit in court as part of the role. What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of the admin team, your responsibilities will include: Data Handling and Processes:

Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and supporting office processes. Email Communication:

Handling email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Basic Administrative Duties:

Tasks like post opening, photocopying, and filing to ensure the smooth operation of the court. IT Use:

Utilising Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Teams to perform various tasks. Note: This role does not involve chasing payments or direct phone communication. What We're Looking For: Recent Graduates Welcome:

Especially those with degrees in Law or Criminology, who are eager to gain valuable experience in the justice system. Excellent IT Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to bespoke systems. Organised and Dependable:

Strong time management and attention to detail. Professionalism:

A polite and approachable demeanour, particularly in written communication. Important Information: The successful candidate will be subject to a Standard DBS check and 3-year referencing.
