London My client is a top UK residential developer specialising in new build developments within London. The company is highly regarded in the residential industry and has a good reputation for high-quality products. Job Description & Responsibilities My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a Finishing Foreman on a permanent basis for a number of luxury residential schemes. You will report to a Finishing Manager/Project Manager and help drive the finishing stages of the developments towards completion. Each development consists of high-end luxury apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. A strong finishing manager with a proven track record of working on luxury high-finished apartments is essential. Key Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with all finishing stages from 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging, and completion, including CMLs through to handover.
